Agreeded, I'm getting rather bored of my Wars gleaming blad head. Even If they would just add a hairsytlist in each campain for charaters made in that campain would make me happy..anything better and more interesting than some of the haircuts ive had for ages. Its time to have a change in my chars looks.

killing the process is just the same as Alt+F4ing out, its not a connection problem.

Presumuably the clever coders have coded it to look for packet loss situations where final info was not sent out, but I'm assuming with closing the program it does send a final goodbye message to the server, as may closing the process itself.

I agree. A system to allow people outside your guild to be contacted to request to form a party has to span individual towns that you are in else it will not be any more effective than standing there saying LFG or LFP. I also hope that this is the system that will be implemented.

Now all ANet needs to do is address the trade spam issue (personally, it is the bane of my gameplaying as I always have local and trade turned off in main cities as I don't trade at all - I normally give unwanted/unnecessary items away or receive them as gifts from fellow team members during missions/quests or wait for drops/collectors etc).

Why we can't have a specific Trade Hall that people can congregate in for trade activities is beyond me!

Incorrect. Ending the process simply stops the execution of the process immeditely. Nothing is allowed to happen after the end process command has been sent and the program affected has no part in ending it and doesn't even know it's happening.

Hi, I didn't read all thread, anyway, I have an idea, when in the 10 minutes for reconnection time (when err7, etc), why not make our character a hero temporally, that way he/she continue playing at least the first 2 minutes, then go AFK for the remaining 8 minutes.
